Job Description: Enough general and technical skills and abilities to enable the management of the Automatic Control systems including the BMS. Completing Technical & Fabric repairs (i.e., replace door closers, hinges, handles, ceiling tiles replacement, painting, change light bulbs, minor leaks and drain blocks etc.) Operating and controlling HVAC devices to Maintained overall building temperature.

Operating and controlling Lighting control system. Daily inspections in the equipment/ facilities (e.g., Firefighting panels, Booster pumps, HVAC system, Electrical materials and Plumbing system) in the school Report every defect/finding and any abnormal conditions to supervisor (MEP Civil and HSE issue) Regular interaction with the Client to make sure that the work being done meets the standard of the client.

Regular Follow-up with Specialist Service providers for their reactive and PPM task. Knowledge in CAFM system to Attend Contain and fix the task as per the SLA.
