Budget 2024 Highlights: വമ്പൻ പ്രഖ്യാപനങ്ങളില്ല, നേട്ടങ്ങൾ എണ്ണിപ്പറഞ്ഞ് കേന്ദ്ര ബജറ്റ്

12:05 PM IST: അടുത്ത സാമ്പത്തിക വര്‍ഷത്തേക്കുള്ള കേന്ദ്രസര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ ബജറ്റ് അവതരണം പൂര്‍ത്തിയായി. ബജറ്റ് നിര്‍മല സീതാരാമൻ പാര്‍ലമെന്റിന്റെ മേശപ്പുറത്ത് വച്ചു.

ഇടക്കാല ബജറ്റായതിനാൽ വിശദമായ ബജറ്റ് അവതരണമായിരുന്നില്ല ഇത്തവണത്തേത്. അടുത്ത അഞ്ച് വര്‍ഷത്തേക്ക് എന്തൊക്കെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യുമെന്ന ബജറ്റ് പ്രഖ്യാപനങ്ങൾ കേന്ദ്രസര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് വാഗ്ദാനങ്ങളായി കൂടെ വ്യാഖ്യാനിക്കപ്പെടും.

11:55 AM IST: സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തെ ചെലവ് 44.90 ലക്ഷം കോടി. പ്രത്യക്ഷ നികുതി വരുമാനം കൂടി.

27.56  ലക്ഷം കോടിയാണ് 23-24 സാന്പത്തിക വർഷത്തെ വരുമാനം. സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തെ ചെലവ് 44.90 ലക്ഷം കോടി രൂപയാണ്.

ജി എസ് ടി നടപടികൾ ലഘൂകരിച്ചു. ആദായ നികുതി റീ ഫണ്ട് ഇപ്പോള്‍ പത്ത് ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളില്‍ നല്‍കാനാവുന്നുവെന്ന് ധനമന്ത്രി.  11:49 AM IST: ജനസംഖ്യ വർധന പഠിക്കാൻ വിദഗ്ധ സമിതിയെ നിയോഗിക്കും. ധനകമ്മി ജിഡിപിയുടെ 5.8  ശതമാനം. ആത്മീയ ടൂറിസം കൂടുന്നത് പ്രാദേശികമായി ഗുണകരമാകുന്നു.

ഇന്ത്യ ആത്മീയ ടൂറിസത്തിന്‍റെ കേന്ദ്രമായി മാറുകയാണ്. ഈ രംഗത്ത് സ്വകാര്യ മേഖലയെ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കും.  11:43 AM IST: പുതിയ റെയിൽവേ ഇടനാഴി സ്ഥാപിക്കും.

നാൽപതിനായിരം ബോഗികൾ വന്ദേ ഭാരത് നിലവാരത്തിലാക്കും. മൂന്ന് റെയില്‍വെ ഇടനാഴിക്ക് രൂപം നല്‍കും.

വിമാനത്താവള വികസനം തുടരും. വൻ നഗരങ്ങളിലെ മെട്രോ വികസനം തുടരും.

വ്യോമഗതാഗത മേഖലയും വിപുലീകരിക്കും. കൂടുതൽ വിമാനത്താവളങ്ങൾ യഥാർത്ഥ്യമാക്കും.

ഇ – വാഹനരംഗ മേഖല വിപുലമാക്കും.  11:43 AM IST: അഞ്ച് ഇന്റഗ്രേറ്റഡ് മത്സ്യ പാർക്കുകൾ യാഥാർത്ഥ്യമാക്കും. രാഷ്ടീയ ഗോകുൽ മിഷൻ വഴി പാൽ ഉൽപ്പാദനം കൂട്ടും.  11:34 AM IST: ക്ഷീര കർഷകരുടെ ക്ഷേമത്തിന് കൂടുതൽ പദ്ധതികൾ യാഥാർത്ഥ്യമാക്കും.

സമുദ്ര ഉൽപന്നങ്ങളുടെ കയറ്റുമതി കൂട്ടും. 2014 ന് ശേഷം സമുദ്രോല്‍പ്പന്നങ്ങളുടെ കയറ്റുമതി ഇരട്ടിച്ചു.

മത്സ്യസമ്പദ് പദ്ധതി വിപുലമാക്കും.  11:31 AM IST: ഇന്ത്യയുടെ കിഴക്കൻ മേഖലയെ കൂടുതൽ ശാക്തീകരിക്കുമെന്ന് ധനമന്ത്രി നിര്‍മല സീതാരാമൻ. ഒരു കോടി വീടുകളിൽ കൂടി സോളാർ പദ്ധതി നടപ്പാക്കും.

ആയുഷ്മാൻ ഭാരത് പദ്ധതി അങ്കൺവാടി ജീവനക്കാര്‍ക്കും ആശാ വര്‍ക്കര്‍മാര്‍ക്കും കൂടി ലഭ്യമാക്കി. 11:27 AM IST: അടുത്ത തലമുറ വികസന പദ്ധതികളിലേക്ക് സർക്കാർ കടന്നു കഴിഞ്ഞുവെന്ന് ധനമന്ത്രി.

കൊവിഡ് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ പ്രതിസന്ധിയിലും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ആവാസ യോജനയിലൂടെ 3 കോടി  വീടുകള്‍ യാഥാർത്യമാക്കാനായി. രണ്ട്  കോടി വീടുകളും ഉടൻ യാഥാർത്ഥ്യമാകും.

കൂടുതൽ മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജുകൾ രാജ്യത്താകെ സ്ഥാപിക്കും. 
  11:26 AM IST: അടുത്ത അഞ്ച് വർഷം വികസന മുന്നേറ്റത്തിന്‍റെതെന്ന് നിർമല സീതാരാമൻ ബജറ്റ് പ്രസംഗത്തിൽ പറഞ്ഞു. ആകാശം മാത്രമാണ് വികസനത്തിന്  മുന്നിലെ പരിമിതി.

ജി 20 ഉച്ചകോടി ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ഗരിമ ഉയർത്തി. ഒരു പുതിയ ലോകക്രമത്തിന് തുടക്കമായി.

സാന്പത്തിക ഇടനാഴി നടപ്പാക്കുന്നതിന് ഇന്ത്യ നേതൃത്വം വഹിച്ചത് ചരിത്രപരമാണെന്നും ധനമന്ത്രി. 11:23 AM IST: വിലക്കയറ്റം നിയന്ത്രിക്കാനായെന്ന് കേന്ദ്ര ധനമന്ത്രി.

ഒരു രാജ്യം ,ഒരു മാർക്കറ്റ് എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തിൽ  ജി എസ് ടിക്ക് വലിയ പങ്കുണ്ട്. 43 കോടി മുദ്രാവായ്പകൾ അനുവദിച്ചു.

സാമ്പത്തിക ഇടനാഴി യാഥാര്‍ത്ഥ്യമാക്കി. ഇന്ത്യ മിഡിൽ ഈസ്റ്റ് യൂറോപ്പ് ഇടനാഴി ലോക വ്യാപാരത്തിൽ നിർണ്ണായകമാകും.  11:21 AM IST: നിക്ഷേപ സൗഹൃദ രാജ്യമായി ഇന്ത്യ മാറിയെന്ന് ധനമന്ത്രി നിര്‍മല സീതാരാമൻ.

ആളോഹരി വരുമാനത്തിൽ 50% വർധനവുണ്ടായി. പശ്ചാത്തല വികസനത്തിലും റെക്കോർഡ് വർധനവുണ്ടായി.

രാജ്യത്തെ സമ്പദ്‌രംഗം മികച്ച നിലയിലാണ്. ഈ വളര്‍ച്ചയിൽ എല്ലാ മേഖലയ്ക്കും തുല്യപങ്കാണ് ഉള്ളതെന്നും ധനമന്ത്രി നിര്‍മല സീതാരാമൻ
11:16 AM IST: ആധുനിക സാങ്കേതിക വിദ്യയുടെ സാധ്യതകൾ കാർഷിക രംഗത്ത് യാഥാർത്ഥ്യമാക്കിയെന്ന് ധനമന്ത്രി.

കായികരംഗത്തെ യുവാക്കളുടെ നേട്ടം അഭിമാനാർഹമാണ്.  30 കോടി രൂപ സ്ത്രീകള്‍ക്ക് മുദ്ര ലോണ്‍ വഴി നല്‍കി.  11:14 AM IST: എല്ലാ വിഭാഗങ്ങളിലും വികസനം എത്തിയെന്ന് ധനമന്ത്രി നിര്‍മല സീതാരാമൻ. ഗോത്ര വിഭാഗങ്ങളെ ശാക്തീകരിച്ചുവെന്നും എല്ലാ വിഭാഗങ്ങളെയും സമഭാവനയോടെ കണ്ടുവെന്നും മന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു. വിശ്വകർമ യോജനയിലൂടെ കരകൗശല തൊഴിലാളികള്‍ക്ക് സഹായം എത്തിച്ചു. 4 കോടി കർഷകർക്ക് വിള ഇൻഷുറൻസ് നൽകി. 1361 ഗ്രാമീണ ചന്തകളെ നവീകരിച്ചു. എല്ലാവര്‍ക്കുമൊപ്പം എല്ലാവര്‍ക്കും വികസനം എന്നതാണ് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്രമോദിയുടെ വിജയമന്ത്രമെന്നും ധനമന്ത്രി.

11:10 AM IST: മികച്ച ജനപിന്തുണയോടെ ഈ സർക്കാരിന്റെ വികസന പദ്ധതികൾ തുടരുമെന്ന് കേന്ദ്ര ബജറ്റ് 2024 അവതരിപ്പിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് ധനമന്ത്രി നിര്‍മല സീതാരാമൻ പറഞ്ഞു. 80 കോടി ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് സൗജന്യ റേഷൻ നൽകി ദാരിദ്ര്യ നിർമ്മാർജനം യാഥാർത്ഥ്യമാക്കി.

തൊഴിൽ സാധ്യതകൾ വർധിച്ചു. ഗ്രാമീണ തലത്തിൽ സർക്കാരിന്റെ വികസന പദ്ധതികൾ എത്തിച്ചു.

പാവപ്പെട്ടവരുടെയും കർഷകരുടെയും സ്ത്രീകളുടെയുംയും യുവാക്കളുടെയും ശാക്തികരണമാണ് രാജ്യത്തെ അഭിവൃദ്ധിയിലേക്ക് നയിക്കുന്നത്. അഴിമതി ഇല്ലാതാക്കിയെന്നും ധനമന്ത്രി.

11:06 AM IST: ഇന്ത്യൻ സമ്പദ് രംഗം കഴിഞ്ഞ പത്ത് വർഷത്തിനിടെ ഗുണപരമായ മാറ്റങ്ങൾക്ക് സാക്ഷിയായെന്ന് ബജറ്റ് അവതരണത്തിന് തുടക്കം കുറിച്ച് ധനമന്ത്രി നിര്‍മല സീതാരാമൻ. നിരവധി വെല്ലുവിളികളെ അതിജീവിക്കാനായി. ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ജനങ്ങൾ പ്രതീക്ഷയോടെ ഭാവിയെ ഉറ്റുനോക്കുന്നു. എല്ലാവർക്കും ഒപ്പം, എല്ലാവർക്കും വികസനം എന്നത് സർക്കാരിൻ്റെ വിജയമന്ത്രമായിരിക്കുന്നുവെന്നും ധനമന്ത്രി ആമുഖമായി പറഞ്ഞു. 10:46 AM IST: രണ്ടാം മോദി സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ അവസാന ബജറ്റ് അവതരണത്തിന് മുന്നോടിയായി ധനമന്ത്രി നിര്‍മല സീതാരാമൻ രാഷ്ട്രപതിയെ സന്ദര്‍ശിച്ചു.
