5 ജി സേവനം വ്യാപകമാക്കുമെന്നും 5 ജി ആപ്ലിക്കേഷന്‍ വികസനത്തിനായി 100 ലാബുകള്‍ സ്ഥാപിക്കും. കണ്ടല്‍ കാട് സംരക്ഷത്തിനായി മിഷ്ടി പദ്ധതി തുടങ്ങും കോസ്റ്റല്‍ഷിപ്പിംഗ് പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കും.
പഴയ വാഹനങ്ങള്‍ മാറ്റുന്നതിന് സഹായം നല്‍കും. സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലെ വാഹനങ്ങളും ആംബുലന്‍സുകളും മാറ്റുന്നതിന് സഹായം നല്‍കും.
നൈപുണ്യ വികസനത്തിന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി കൗശല്‍ വികസന യോജന 4. O ആരംഭിക്കും.
പൊതു സ്വകാര്യ പങ്കാളിത്തം ഉറപ്പ് വരുത്തും. വിനോദ സഞ്ചാര മേഖലയില്‍ 50 കേന്ദ്രങ്ങള്‍ തെരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത് സൗകര്യങ്ങള്‍ വര്‍ധിപ്പിക്കും.
പ്രാദേശിക ടൂറിസം വികസനത്തിനായി ” ദേഖോ അപ്നാ ദേശ് ” തുടരും. അടുത്ത മൂന്ന് വര്‍ഷത്തിനകം ഒരു കോടി കര്‍ഷകര്‍ക്ക് പ്രകൃതി കൃഷിയിലേക്ക് മാറാനുള്ള സഹായങ്ങള്‍ നല്‍കും.
